Packing for a Cruise

Sailing Turkey is awe-inspiring experience. The lush terrain and rich culture is unmatched in this wonderful region of Eastern Europe and will undoubtedly leave you with memories to last a lifetime. If you are planning on sailing Turkey, it is absolutely vital to pack the correct items, in order to maximize the enjoyment of your trip.

It is crucial to recognize the things that are necessary to pack and the things that should be left at home.  Break up your packing into two different sets of luggage: your carry on bag, and your main suitcase. In the carry on bag, make sure to pack essentials just incase your main suitcase gets lost in transit. Daily meds, toiletries, and a change of clothes should always be a part of your carry on luggage.  Airports are known to lose luggage on regular basis, and it is important to prepare yourself for this risk.

In your main suitcase you will want to lay out all of the clothes that you think you will be adorning while on your trip. Most trips, that encompass sailing turkey, last no more than a week, so there is no real need to pack more than 7 days worth of outfits.  Bring a bathing suit, one fancy outfit, and comfortable, lightweight clothing that will be appropriate for the warm, Mediterranean weather.
